Achille a ouvert sa boulangerie en 1893 et \u00e9tait passionn\u00e9 par son m\u00e9tier. Il fabriquait principalement de gros pains traditionnels, mais aussi ses fameux p\u00e2t\u00e9s cro\u00fbte, un secret qu\u2019il gardait jalousement.<\/p><p>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, la cro\u00fbte n\u2019\u00e9tait pas comestible. Elle servait uniquement \u00e0 cuire et conserver la viande. Avec le temps, Achille a choisi de la rendre feuillet\u00e9e et donc comestible. Une passion est n\u00e9e, \u00e9vidente et pr\u00e9cieuse. C\u2019est un h\u00e9ritage \u00e0 pr\u00e9server. J\u2019ai alors eu l\u2019id\u00e9e de partager d\u2019autres recettes avec vous.
